Cooks of Crocus Hill and Bellecour Bakery are opening their third location together in Edina's 50th & France district. The kitchen supply retailer and the Gavin Kaysen -led concept will join the Nolan Mains development, in the space at 3945 Market St., where SoulCycle was initially expected to open its first Minnesota studio. Kaysen – the chef at the helm of Spoon and Stable, Demi and Mara in Minneapolis – announced on social media Wednesday that the Edina location is "coming soon" and "lots of exciting details" will be shared "when the time is right.
