An Edina hockey training center for teen and young-adult athletes is seeking city approvals to move to larger space in Bloomington. Perfect World Hockey Training is looking to set up its new base at 6401 Cecilia Circle in Bloomington, off Interstate 494 near Bush Lake Road. The company has sent a proposal for a permit to the city's Planning Commission, which will consider the application on Thursday. The new location, if approved, would double the Perfect World Hockey's available space, which has been based at 7407 Washington Ave.
