Enclave Cos. is planning to build four buildings with 460 residential units and 300,000 square feet of office space at 7235 France Ave. in Edina. (File Image: ESG Architecture & Design) Enclave's mixed-use redevelopment plan for the former Macy's Furniture Store location in Edina has reached another milestone with the completion of an environmental review. The Minnesota Environmental Quality Board said this week that an Environmental Impact Statement is not needed for the project, which would bring 460 housing units and 300,000 square feet of office and mixed-used space to the one-time retail site at 7235 France Ave.
